Luisa leads LEAM Design + Build. Trained as an architect and furniture designer, she specializes in sustainable design. Luisa has a passion for cost-effective production processes and crafting beautiful contemporary homes.

Principal Interior Designer
Anabel blends the interior spaces with the architecture creating functional, elegant and warm spaces by selecting finishes, furniture and accessories.

With a background in environmental design and project management, Angela supports the proposal and design processes, helping to ensure that all questions are answered and things run smoothly.

Project Coordinator
Luis makes sure that all design objectives are delivered during the construction process. Luis coordinates budgets, schedules and supervises the construction from start to finish.

Design Build Manager
With a solid background in architectural and interior design, Luis takes charge of the entire design process from start to finish. He handles everything from conceptualization to construction documentation and oversees the building process to guarantee top-notch results and attention to detail
MARIA MACHADO
Field Supervisor
Maria oversees daily construction activities, ensuring each phase is executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. She focuses on organization, progress tracking, and making sure every detail is completed correctly before moving forward.
EVANGELINA CASTELLANOS
Field Supervisor
Evangelina coordinates on-site operations, working closely with subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. She plays a key role in identifying issues early, facilitating communication, and maintaining efficiency throughout the construction process.
